The Summer Garden: A Love Story - Paullina Simons

First of all, I have to say that I loved the first book, it's one of the best books I've ever read. I enjoyed the second book but I felt that there were too many flashbacks and I was surprised with the end because it felt Hollywood-esc and I was not expecting something like that given how authentic the first book was. I started reading this third book and some initial developments made me uncomfortable and I understand that the characters are really different because of all they went through but I became frustrated with it and I have to be honest, my frustration led me to read some reviews of 'The Summer Garden' and I read some spoilers that reveal some developments that are major deal breakers for me and that prevents me to enjoy this story and the 'romance' in it so, for this reason, I've decided to DNF 'The Summer Garden'
